Custom order questions
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Fill in the custom request form with the bag type, materials, colours, size and occasion. Sending a request does not commit you to buy.
How does custom ordering work?
We review your request, send you a quote with price, timeline and shipping details, and start production only after you approve the proposal and payment is arranged.
Can I upload inspiration images?
Yes. You can attach up to three JPG, PNG or WebP images to your request. They are stored privately and only used to work on your design.
How do I receive a quotation?
We reply to the contact method you choose in the form, usually by email or WhatsApp. You can also check your request status on the tracking page with your reference number and email address.
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the size, materials and detail of the design. Your quote includes an estimated production time before you commit. [Placeholder: add your typical production range once confirmed.]
